This 14-day journey weaves together the culture and energy of Delhi, the romance and activism of Agra, the traditional art and history Jaipur, the sacred stillness and rolling hills of Pushkar, the Himalayan magic that you feel instantly in Rishikesh as we celebrate Holi, and the coastal chill vibes of Goa.
Sip roadside chai as the city moves around you in Delhi. Wake with the Taj Mahal at sunrise in Agra. Learn the centuries-old craft of block printing in Jaipur with masters. Wander the ghats of Pushkar and sit beside its holy lake. Meditate at dawn in Rishikesh, surrounded by the sacred temples at the foothills of Himalayas. Then slow down completely in Goa - swimming in the Arabian Sea, walking sandy beaches while we sip juice and dance together.
With us, you will get the opportunity to scooter to village temples, explore vibrant markets, relax in cozy cafés tucked into mountain towns, and share delicious meals. This is an adventure, a transformation and a reset. Mixed with conscious movement and intentional reflection, you will be immersed in culture, chaos, community, art, beauty and nature!

Important Information
Pricing: $3400 cad. per person.
Deposit: To confirm your spot, send an e-transfer of $1000 cad. as a booking deposit to nicoleguzzodesigns@gmail.com.
Payment Plan: We will have two payments plans and final payment is due November 1, 2024. (1) Pay in full (2) Make 3 payments of $1000, $1200, $1200.
We require a minimum of six bookings in order for this trip to happen. If we do not receive six bookings, this trip will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded. Before booking any non-refundable flights, please contact us to ensure the trip is happening. We are not responsible for flight refunds.
What is included in the price: Accommodations during the trip (mid range, guesthouses, all private rooms unless requested to stay with friend/partner), all transportation once inside India, all activities, breakfast everyday, welcome group dinner, WhatsApp daily supportive chat.
What is not included in the price: International flight to India, India e-VISA, health / trip insurance, lunch and dinner. Activities outside of schedule.
Booking: This trip is limited to 12 spots to keep the intimacy of the group and everyones experiences. Booking closes October 1, 2026.
Tourist VISA: Everyone travelling to India must obtain a e-Tourist VISA. The form takes about 15 minutes to fill out, 72 hours to be confirmed. Steps are as followed: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html .
Flight: International flights to and from India is not included in the trip price. From YVR - Delhi, round trip flights can be found for $1100 - $3200. There are many discounted flights when you choose a 15 hour layover in Hong Kong or Tokyo for example., or a direct flight with Air India.
Vaccines: COVID-19 and other vaccines are not required to enter India
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled trips
If the trip is cancelled due India travel restrictions, we will aim to notify you as soon as possible.
Privacy policy
Any personal information that we collect about you will be handled with care. It may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a trip: making a booking, taxi service, hotel etc.
Deposit requirement
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1000 for your booking to be confirmed. Read below in the "cancellation by you" for refundable options.
Acceptance of booking and final payments
Once deposit is sent, we will issue you a booking confirmation invoice. A contract will exist between you and us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice and when we accept your payment. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. We accept e-transfers only. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.
Your details
For us to confirm your travel arrangements, you must provide all requested details with the balance of the trip price. Necessary details vary by trip; they include but are not limited to full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date. A phone call to discuss any pre-existing mental or physical medical conditions may occur to ensure your ability to travel to India.
Cancellation by you
If you cancel your booking the cancellation terms set out below will apply:

Up to August 31: We will hold $750 of your deposit and return any remainder

September 1 - January 30: We charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the total cost

After February 1: Unless extreme situation occurs (read below for an outline), we cannot offer a refund for the trip. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a trip, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund due to our connections being pre paid.
Cancellation by us
In the event that we cancel your trip due to travel regulations in India, you will receive a full refund.
If your trip is cancelled due to a Force Majeure Event:
A “Force Majeure Event” includes but is not limited to: acts of God; war; civil commotion; riot; blockade or embargo; fire; explosion; breakdown; union dispute; earthquake; epidemic, pandemic or other health emergency; flood; windstorm or other extreme weather event; lack or failure of courses of supply; passage of any law, order, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand, requisition or requirement or any other act of any government authority, beyond the reasonable control of the parties, whether or not foreseeable, which would make it dangerous or not viable for a trip to commence or continue.
In the event that we cancel your trip due a Force Majeure Event, you will receive a full refund minus $500 cad administration cost.
In the event of any cancellation, there will be no claim for damages by either party against the other and we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
