We use this information to arrange accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel logistics, communicate important trip details, and respond to individual needs during our journeys.

We use third-party platforms and services, which may include Wix, Squarespace, Google Analytics, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing providers. These services may process certain information to support website functionality, communication, analytics, and travel coordination. Some information may be processed or stored outside Canada. We may also share necessary traveller information with accommodation providers, transportation operators, and other trusted partners involved in organizing our trips. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment Processing
Payments for our trips are collected through Interac e-Transfer. We maintain records of payments, deposits, and transactions for booking administration, accounting, and applicable legal requirements.
Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to organize and deliver our travel experiences, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Sensitive information, including passport details, emergency contacts, and health information, is securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, subject to applicable retention requirements. Financial and accounting records are generally retained for at least six years in accordance with Canadian tax requirements.
